In the top-grade coins, the field of the coin is highly polished and the relief is frosted, while the edge is smooth.
The city of Hradec Králové is home to a number of architectural gems. It is no wonder that in 1962 the historic core of Hradec Králové was declared an urban conservation reserve.
The obverse side of the coin features "a beautiful rendering of the interior of the Bono Publico staircase incorporating heraldic animals".
The reverse side of the coin also includes the Bono Publico staircase, as well as the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, the Old Town Hall, the White Tower, the Marian Column and the House of the Spuds.
Each coin is accompanied by a catalogue card with a description of the coin and its plastic representation.
