The Lunar Series II coins from the Australian Perth Mint are highly sought after by collectors and investors for their perfect design, first-class workmanship and limited mintage.
These Series II coins have been appearing minimally on the market, increasing their uniqueness. They are thus highly liquid and desirable coins, which we now offer for purchase in limited numbers.
The obverse of the coin features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
The reverse side always depicts the motif of the animal of the year according to the Chinese lunar calendar, in this case a dragon, which is accompanied by the Chinese character for this animal, the inscription "Year of the Drgon" and the traditional "P" - i.e. the designation of the Perth Mint.
The privy mark is represented by a Bavarian lion engraved inside the pearl that accompanies the Chinese dragon. Coins with this mark are in high demand and basically unavailable on the market.
The coin is housed in a protective capsule.
