The Czech Mint mark consisting of the letters 'Č' and 'M' is placed at the bottom right edge of the coin.
On the reverse side of the coin is a portrait of Josef Suk. The texts 'JOSEF SUK' and '1874 - 2024' appear in the description at the edge of the coin. The signature of Josef Suk is placed below the portrait. Initials of the author of the coin MgA. Petra Čánská, which are formed by the composition of the letters "P" and "Č", are located at the bottom edge of the coin.
