The 200 crown is minted from an alloy containing 925 parts silver and 75 parts copper and is issued in two versions, the standard STANDARD and the top PROOF, which is different in surface finish and edge design.

STANDARD quality coins have a scalloped edge.

On the obverse side of the bicrown, the front of the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Sedlec is depicted in the foreground and a partial Marian star motif in the background. Around the perimeter of the coin are six more Marian stars. At the bottom edge of the coin is the text 'CZECH REPUBLIC', above which is the denomination with the abbreviation of the monetary unit '200 CZK'. The individual words of the text 'CZECH REPUBLIC' are bordered by stars. The mark of the Czech Mint, consisting of the letters 'Č' and 'M', is in the centre of the coin in a gothic window.

The reverse side of the bicrown depicts the Church of St. John of Nepomuk on Zelená hora. In the description at the upper edge of the coin is the text 'JAN BLAŽEJ SANTINI AICHEL'. The individual words of this text are bordered by asterisks. The texts '1723' and '2023' appear at the bottom edge of the coin. The initials of the author of the coin, the academic sculptor Vladimír Oppel, which are made up of a composition of the letters 'V' and 'O', are at the right edge of the coin.

Each coin comes with a grey catalogue card with a description of the coin and its plastic representation.
